We are always looking for more passionate Asian American youth. Take a look at the positions below, wherever your interests lie, you’ll have an Asian American community at AACS cheering you on!
Applicants should fit the following criteria:
- able to commit 3 hours a week (online meetings will typically occur on Sunday nights)
- of high school or college age
- mainly resides in the United States
Available positions:
- You will be involved in content design and creation, working on crafting Instagram posts, flyers, logos, and more!

- We prefer that you have access to digital art tools, such as Procreate or Adobe Create (any app on your phone should work fine!).

- Any research or writing needed on your post will be provided for you.
- You will be involved in researching, writing, and editing informative posts, articles, and personal stories for our Instagram, blog, and newsletter.

- On average, you will commit to writing one or two projects a month.
You will join a team that regularly updates the website, designs new pages and posts, and improves accessibility to all AACS information.
Knowledge on HTML, CSS, and basic javascript is preferred.
You will contribute to the brainstorming, planning, and execution of various events and initiatives.
- New ideas are always welcome! If you have an initiative you’d like to bring to AACS, this is the position for you! We’ll help you get your own plan into action.
You will assist in the planning, production, and editing of projects such as documentaries, promotional videos, podcasts, and short films. Feel free to propose your own video projects as well.
Prior experience is preferred.
You must have access to and knowledge of a video editing software (such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, etc.).

reaching out to potential organizations and people to partner with, help create our marketing strategy, and grow our platform.
If you have knowledge or interest in social media marketing or communications, this is the position for you!
